Are you insured ?

I have been in touch with Windsor Partners Limited, the Pony Club's
Brokers, to find out what Public Liability cover is available. Members
of the Pony Club are of course covered, but we have been wondering
whether parents and other individuals simply helping a child with the
pony, whether by looking after it in the holidays, driving it to
rallies, tacking it up at shows, &c. are also included in the cover.
The broker has now told me that such individuals are included in the
member's Public Liability cover. There is one restriction, though,
namely that the Pony Club policy will cover such an individual only if
he or she does not have separate Public Liability cover.
